Article 34, paragraph 1, paragraphs 3 up to and including 7, paragraphs 9 up to and including 11, and paragraphs 13 and 14, of the Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions Security Test Act (Wet veiligheidstoets investeringen, fusies en overnames), shall apply mutatis mutandis to this chapter.
Artikel 34, eerste lid, derde tot en met zevende lid, negende tot en met elfde lid en dertiende en veertiende lid, van de Wet veiligheidstoets investeringen, fusies en overnames, is van overeenkomstige toepassing op dit hoofdstuk.
