The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) is the supervisory authority for data protection as referred to in Article 19(2) of the eIDAS Regulation.
De Autoriteit persoonsgegevens is de gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, bedoeld in artikel 19, tweede lid, van de eidas-verordening.
