Article 10.3

Manufacturers shall comply with Articles 7 and 14 of Directive 2014/30/EU and with Articles 10, 17 and 21, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, of Directive 2014/53/EU, provided that:
An EU declaration of conformity for equipment shall comply with Article 15 of Directive No. 2014/30/EU;
An EU declaration of conformity for radio equipment complies with Article 18 of Directive No. 2014/53/EU.
Fabrikanten voldoen aan de artikelen 7 en 14 van richtlijn nr. 2014/30/EU en aan de artikelen 10, 17 en 21, eerste, tweede en derde lid, van richtlijn nr. 2014/53/EU, met dien verstande dat:
een EU-conformiteitsverklaring voor apparaten voldoet aan artikel 15 van richtlijn nr. 2014/30/EU;
een EU-conformiteitsverklaring voor radioapparaten voldoet aan artikel 18 van richtlijn nr. 2014/53/EU.
