Drivers of motor vehicles used for activities to be specified further shall, under circumstances to be specified further, display a yellow or green rotating, flashing or blinking light. In such cases, the drivers referred to in Article 29, paragraph 1, shall display a yellow or green rotating, flashing or blinking light instead of a blue rotating, flashing or blinking light. The driver of the motor vehicle who is the first or the only one to reach the location to perform the task assigned to him there may display a blue rotating, flashing or blinking light instead of that light.
Regulations shall be established by ministerial decree concerning the yellow or green rotating, flashing or blinking light, and the activities and circumstances in which these signals are to be used.
Bestuurders van motorvoertuigen die voor nader aan te geven werkzaamheden worden gebruikt, voeren onder nader aan te geven omstandigheden geel of groen zwaai-, flits- of knipperlicht. De in artikel 29, eerste lid, genoemde bestuurders voeren in die gevallen geel of groen zwaai-, flits- of knipperlicht in plaats van blauw zwaai-, flits- of knipperlicht. De bestuurder van het motorvoertuig die als eerste of enige de plek bereikt om de daar aan hem opgedragen taak uit te voeren, mag in plaats van dat licht, blauw zwaai-, flits- of knipperlicht voeren.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden voorschriften vastgesteld betreffende het geel of groen zwaai-, flits- of knipperlicht en de werkzaamheden en omstandigheden waarbij deze signalen worden gevoerd.
