Bicycles and mopeds shall be placed on the pavement, on the footway or on the verge, or in other places designated by the competent authority.
Fietsen en bromfietsen worden geplaatst op het trottoir, op het voetpad of in de berm dan wel op andere door het bevoegde gezag aangewezen plaatsen.
