The accounting party shall deposit the accounts and the supporting documents pertaining thereto at the registry of the court, where they shall be available for inspection by the interested parties. The accounting party shall state this deposit in the writ of summons.
De rekenplichtige deponeert de rekening met de daarbij behorende bescheiden ter griffie, waar deze ter inzage van de belanghebbenden ligt. De rekenplichtige vermeldt dit depot in het exploot van dagvaarding.
