Claims submitted after the expiry of the period referred to in the first paragraph of Article 642g may, at the petition of the creditor, be admitted to verification by the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris).
Such a petition must be granted if the creditor resides outside the Netherlands and was thereby prevented from reporting earlier.
In the event of a dispute as to whether or not the impediment referred to in the second paragraph exists, the delegated judge (rechter-commissaris) shall decide after having consulted the meeting.
Vorderingen ingediend na afloop van de in het eerste lid van artikel 642g genoemde termijn kunnen op verzoek van de schuldeiser door de rechter-commissaris tot de verificatie worden toegelaten.
Een dergelijk verzoek moet worden toegestaan, indien de schuldeiser buiten Nederland woont en daardoor verhinderd was zich eerder te melden.
In geval van geschil over het al dan niet aanwezig zijn der verhindering in het tweede lid bedoeld beslist de rechter-commissaris na de vergadering te hebben geraadpleegd.
