After the declaration referred to in Article 642c, paragraph 6, has been issued, the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris), having heard the liquidator (vereffenaar), shall determine as soon as possible the date by which at the latest the claims against the debtor, as well as the disputes regarding the debtor's reliance on the limitation of his liability, whether in respect of all or in respect of one or more of the creditors, must be submitted to the liquidator.
The supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) shall determine, having heard the liquidator (vereffenaar), the day or days, including the time and place, on which he shall proceed to the verification of the claims submitted and the handling of disputes regarding the invocation of the limitation of liability. These days, times, and places may differ for each of the funds as well as for any one of these funds.
At least eight weeks must elapse between the day designated in the first paragraph for the filing of claims and the raising of contests as referred to in that paragraph, and the day of the verification meeting or the hearing at which these contests shall be dealt with.
Nadat de in artikel 642c, zesde lid, bedoelde verklaring is afgegeven bepaalt de rechter-commissaris, de vereffenaar gehoord hebbend, zo spoedig mogelijk de dag waarop uiterlijk de vorderingen op de schuldenaar, alsmede de betwistingen van diens beroep op beperking van zijn aansprakelijkheid hetzij ten aanzien van alle, hetzij ten aanzien van één of meer der schuldeisers bij de vereffenaar moeten worden ingediend.
De rechter-commissaris bepaalt, de vereffenaar gehoord hebbend, tevens de dag of de dagen met bepaling van tijd en plaats, waarop door hem zal worden overgegaan tot verificatie van de ingediende vorderingen en behandeling van betwistingen van het beroep op beperking van aansprakelijkheid. Deze dagen, tijden en plaatsen kunnen voor elk der fondsen alsmede voor één dezer fondsen verschillend zijn.
Tussen de in het eerste lid genoemde dag voor de indiening der vorderingen en het verrichten van betwistingen als in dat lid bedoeld en de dag der verificatiezitting of de zitting waarop deze betwistingen zullen worden behandeld, moeten tenminste acht weken verlopen.
