When, as a result of the same incident, more than one petition (verzoek) as referred to in Article 642a relating to the same ship has been filed, the court shall, before deciding on these petitions, order the joinder of the cases relating to a single fund, unless a petitioner opposes this and such opposition is found to be well-founded.

Wanneer naar aanleiding van hetzelfde voorval meer dan één op eenzelfde schip betrekking hebbend verzoek als bedoeld in artikel 642a is ingediend, beveelt de rechtbank alvorens op deze verzoeken te beslissen, tenzij een verzoeker zich daartegen verzet en dit verzet gegrond is bevonden, de voeging van de zaken op één fonds betrekking hebbend.
