If such a judgment is invoked against a third party in legal proceedings, and an opposition (verzet) thereto has been instituted on the basis of the preceding article, the judge before whom those legal proceedings are pending shall be at liberty, if grounds therefor exist, to grant the suspension thereof until the instituted opposition shall have been adjudicated.
Indien zoodanig vonnis aan eenen derde is tegengeworpen in een regtsgeding, en het verzet daartegen is ingesteld op den voet van het vorige artikel, staat het vrij aan den regter voor wien dat regtsgeding aanhangig is, indien daartoe gronden bestaan, de schorsing van hetzelve toe te staan, tot dat het ingestelde verzet zal zijn uitgewezen.
