An appeal shall be instituted by the filing of a notice of appeal at the registry of the court of appeal. The notice of appeal shall state, in addition to the information required to be stated in the petition pursuant to Article 278, paragraph 1, the names and places of residence of those who appeared in the proceedings at first instance or who were summoned by name.
Hoger beroep wordt ingesteld door indiening van een beroepschrift ter griffie van het gerechtshof. Het beroepschrift vermeldt, naast hetgeen ingevolge artikel 278, eerste lid, in het verzoekschrift moet worden vermeld, naam en woonplaats van hen die in eerste aanleg in de procedure zijn verschenen of bij name zijn opgeroepen.
