The petitioner and any interested party are entitled to inspection and a copy of the petition, the statements of defence, the documents relating to the case and the minutes of the proceedings.
The registrar shall provide a copy of the minutes as soon as possible to the petitioner and to the interested parties who have appeared in the proceedings.
The registrar shall provide a copy of the orders as soon as possible to the petitioner and to the interested parties who appeared in the proceedings. If it concerns a final order, the copy provided to the person who may proceed with the enforcement of the order shall be issued in enforceable form.
The clerk of the court shall, upon request, provide second or further copies of a decision issued in enforceable form to the interested party who is entitled to proceed with the enforcement of that decision, or to the successors under general title of such interested party. Article 29, paragraphs 5 and 6, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Every copy issued in enforceable form shall be dated.
De verzoeker en iedere belanghebbende hebben recht op inzage en afschrift van het verzoekschrift, de verweerschriften, de op de zaak betrekking hebbende bescheiden en de processen-verbaal.
De griffier verstrekt zo spoedig mogelijk een afschrift van processen-verbaal aan de verzoeker en aan de in de procedure verschenen belanghebbenden.
Van de beschikkingen verstrekt de griffier zo spoedig mogelijk een afschrift aan de verzoeker en aan de in de procedure verschenen belanghebbenden. Betreft het een eindbeschikking, dan is het afschrift dat wordt verstrekt aan degene die tot tenuitvoerlegging van de beschikking kan overgaan, opgemaakt in executoriale vorm.
De griffier verstrekt desverlangd tweede of verdere in executoriale vorm opgemaakte afschriften van een beschikking aan de belanghebbende die tot tenuitvoerlegging van die beschikking kan overgaan, dan wel aan de rechtverkrijgenden onder algemene titel van deze belanghebbende. Artikel 29, vijfde en zesde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Elk afschrift dat in executoriale vorm is opgemaakt, wordt gedagtekend.
