If the motion for joinder of a third party (vordering tot oproeping in vrijwaring) has not been made in a timely manner, the proceedings in the main action shall continue without delay.
Indien de vordering tot oproeping in vrijwaring niet tijdig is gedaan, wordt zonder uitstel in de hoofdzaak voortgeprocedeerd.
