The defendant is entitled to bring a counterclaim, unless the claimant in the original action has acted in a specific capacity and the counterclaim would affect him personally, or vice versa.
De gedaagde is bevoegd een eis in reconventie in te stellen, tenzij de eiser in conventie is opgetreden in hoedanigheid en de reconventie hem persoonlijk zou betreffen of omgekeerd.
