In cases where parties may conduct proceedings in person, the clerk of the court shall as soon as possible inform the claimant and the defendant who has appeared in the proceedings of the course of the proceedings, insofar as they were not present in person or represented by an authorised representative at the hearing.
In zaken waarin partijen in persoon kunnen procederen, stelt de griffier zo spoedig mogelijk de eiser en de in het geding verschenen gedaagde, voor zover zij niet in persoon of bij gemachtigde aanwezig waren op de terechtzitting, op de hoogte van het procesverloop.
