From decisions whereby a provisional measure is granted or refused, an appeal in cassation may be lodged before the final judgment has been rendered.
An appeal in cassation from other interlocutory judgments or interlocutory orders may only be lodged simultaneously with the appeal from the final judgment or final order, unless the court has determined otherwise or Article 75, paragraph 1, is applicable.
Van uitspraken, waarbij een voorlopige voorziening wordt toegestaan of geweigerd, kan beroep in cassatie worden ingesteld voordat de einduitspraak is gewezen.
Van andere tussenvonnissen of tussenarresten kan beroep in cassatie slechts tegelijk met dat van het eindvonnis of eindarrest worden ingesteld, tenzij de rechter anders heeft bepaald of artikel 75, eerste lid, van toepassing is.
