For the application of the rules concerning the jurisdiction of the Dutch court, the Dutch part of the continental shelf shall be equated with the territory of the Netherlands.
Voor de toepassing van de regels betreffende de rechtsmacht van de Nederlandse rechter wordt het Nederlandse gedeelte van het continentale plat gelijk gesteld met het grondgebied van Nederland.
