The jurisdiction of the Dutch court to grant conservatory or provisional measures cannot be contested on the sole ground that it lacks jurisdiction with respect to the merits of the case.
De bevoegdheid van de Nederlandse rechter tot het treffen van bewarende of voorlopige maatregelen kan niet worden betwist op de enkele grond dat hij met betrekking tot de zaak ten principale geen rechtsmacht heeft.
