in forceFor the purposes of the provisions of or pursuant to this Kingdom Act, the term legal person (rechtspersoon) shall be understood to include every partnership (maat- of vennootschap), association or foundation, fund or private law institution in the broadest sense, even if legal personality has not been granted to it or has been expressly withheld from it in other statutory provisions.
Onder rechtspersoon wordt in het bij of krachtens deze rijkswet bepaalde begrepen iedere maat- of vennootschap, vereniging of stichting, fonds of privaatrechtelijke instelling in de ruimste zin, ook indien daaraan in andere wettelijke bepalingen de rechtspersoonlijkheid niet mocht zijn toegekend of uitdrukkelijk mocht zijn onthouden.
