This Kingdom Act is binding for the European part of the Netherlands and, with the exception of Chapter 7, for Curaçao and Sint Maarten and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.
This Kingdom Act is binding for Aruba only insofar as it concerns Articles 40 up to and including 45, 59, 101, 102, paragraph 1, Articles 102a up to and including 102f, 104 up to and including 108, 111 and 114. For the application of Articles 40 up to and including 45 in Aruba, "bureau" shall be understood to mean the Intellectual Property Office of Aruba.
Deze rijkswet is verbindend voor het Europese deel van Nederland en, behoudens hoofdstuk 7, voor Curaçao en Sint Maarten en Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba.
Deze rijkswet is voor Aruba slechts verbindend voor zover het betreft de artikelen 40 tot en met 45, 59, 101, 102, eerste lid, artikel 102a tot en met artikel 102f, 104 tot en met 108, 111 en 114. Voor de toepassing van de artikelen 40 tot en met 45 in Aruba wordt onder "bureau" verstaan het Bureau voor de Intellectuele Eigendom van Aruba.
