Article 102c

As from the date of entry into force of Article 102a, Article 102a shall apply mutatis mutandis to patent applications to which Articles 29A up to and including 29F of the Kingdom Patents Act apply, on the understanding that:
The Patent Council shall decide to grant the patent by placing a dated entry on the application, provided that the registration of the patent application in the patent register and the granting of the patent shall be suspended, and
Articles 41 up to and including 45 shall apply mutatis mutandis to patent applications.
The first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to Article 102b.
Vanaf de datum van inwerkingtreding van artikel 102a is artikel 102a van overeenkomstige toepassing op octrooiaanvragen waarop de artikelen 29A tot en met 29F van de Rijksoctrooiwet van toepassing zijn, met dien verstande dat:
de Octrooiraad besluit tot verlening van het octrooi door het plaatsen van een gedateerde aantekening op de aanvrage, doch dat de inschrijving van de octrooiaanvrage in het octrooiregister en de verlening van het octrooi worden opgeschort, en
de artikelen 41 tot en met 45 op die octrooiaanvragen van overeenkomstige toepassing zijn.
Het eerste lid is van overeenkomstige toepassing op artikel 102b.
