If a regulation established by the Council of the European Communities concerning supplementary protection certificates, other than the one referred to in Article 90, requires further regulation in the interest of proper implementation, this shall be effected by Order in Council. In this regard, provision may be made for the imposition of fees, insofar as this is permitted under the relevant regulation.
Indien een andere dan de in artikel 90 genoemde door de Raad van de Europese Gemeenschappen vastgestelde verordening betreffende aanvullende beschermingscertificaten in het belang van een goede uitvoering nadere regeling behoeft geschiedt dit bij algemene maatregel van bestuur. Daarbij kan worden voorzien in het opleggen van taksen, voor zover dat is toegelaten ingevolge de betrokken verordening.
