The internal regulations, the code of conduct for patent attorneys and the by-laws, as well as any amendment thereof, shall, upon adoption, be submitted without delay to Our Minister for approval.
Our Minister may withhold approval of the internal regulations, the code of conduct for patent attorneys, and the by-laws, as well as any amendment thereof, if they contain provisions that are in conflict with the law or the public interest.
Following approval by Our Minister, the internal regulations, the code of conduct for patent attorneys and the by-laws, as well as any amendment thereof, shall be published in the journal referred to in Article 20. They shall enter into force with effect from the first day of the second month following the date of the journal in which they are published, or at such earlier date as they may themselves determine.
Patent attorneys are required to comply with the internal regulations, the code of conduct for patent attorneys, and the ordinances, and to pay the contribution due for membership of the professional organization within the prescribed period.
Het huishoudelijk reglement, de gedragsregels voor octrooigemachtigden en de verordeningen, alsmede iedere wijziging daarvan, worden na vaststelling onverwijld ter goedkeuring gezonden aan Onze Minister.
Onze Minister kan zijn goedkeuring onthouden aan het huishoudelijk reglement, de gedragsregels voor octrooigemachtigden en de verordeningen, alsmede een wijziging daarvan, indien zij bepalingen bevatten die in strijd zijn met het recht of het algemeen belang.
Na goedkeuring door Onze Minister worden het huishoudelijk reglement, de gedragsregels voor octrooigemachtigden en de verordeningen, alsmede een wijziging daarvan, geplaatst in het blad, bedoeld in artikel 20. Zij treden in werking met ingang van de eerste dag van de tweede maand na de dagtekening van het blad waarin zij worden geplaatst of zoveel eerder als zij zelf bepalen.
De octrooigemachtigden zijn gehouden het huishoudelijk reglement, de gedragsregels voor octrooigemachtigden en de verordeningen na te leven en de contributie die verschuldigd is vanwege het lidmaatschap van de orde binnen de daarvoor gestelde termijn te voldoen.
