If an institution for the nursing of persons placed at the disposal of the government (ter beschikking gestelden) has been designated at the time of the entry into force of this decree pursuant to Article 26, paragraph 1, of the Regulations for the Execution of Placement at the Disposal of the Government (Reglement tenuitvoerlegging terbeschikkingstelling), this designation shall be deemed a designation pursuant to Article 2 of the present decree.
Indien een inrichting voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden op het moment van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit is aangewezen op grond van artikel 26, eerste lid, Reglement tenuitvoerlegging terbeschikkingstelling, geldt deze aanwijzing als aanwijzing op grond van artikel 2 van het onderhavige besluit.
