A spiritual counsellor other than the one referred to in Article 37 may be granted access to the institution by the director. The director shall not take this decision until after consultation with Our Minister.
Een andere geestelijk verzorger dan de in artikel 37 genoemde kan door de directeur toegang worden verleend tot de inrichting. De directeur neemt deze beslissing niet dan na overleg met Onze Minister.
