The appointment of a spiritual counsellor of Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Jewish, Protestant or Roman Catholic denomination or a spiritual counsellor belonging to the Humanist Association at a state institution shall be effected by or on behalf of Our Minister upon the recommendation of the relevant chief chaplain, as referred to in Article 36, paragraph 1. The appointment of a spiritual counsellor of Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Jewish, Protestant or Roman Catholic denomination or a spiritual counsellor belonging to the Humanist Association at a private judicial institution shall be effected by or on behalf of the management of the institution, having heard the relevant chief chaplain, as referred to in Article 36, paragraph 1.
De aanstelling van een geestelijk verzorger van boeddhistische, hindoeïstische, islamitische, joodse, protestantse of rooms-katholieke gezindte of een geestelijk verzorger behorend tot het humanistisch verbond bij een rijksinrichting geschiedt door of vanwege Onze Minister op voordracht van de betrokken hoofdgeestelijke, genoemd in artikel 36, eerste lid. De aanstelling van een geestelijk verzorger van boeddhistische, hindoeïstische, islamitische, joodse, protestantse of rooms-katholieke gezindte of een geestelijk verzorger behorend tot het humanistisch verbond bij een justitiële particuliere inrichting geschiedt door of vanwege het bestuur van de inrichting gehoord de betrokken hoofdgeestelijke, genoemd in artikel 36, eerste lid.
