Shortly before the end of the juvenile's stay in the institution, it shall be assessed with the juvenile, as a conclusion to the perspective plan, to what extent the objectives of the plan have been realised. A report of this shall be drawn up.
Kort voor het einde van het verblijf van de jeugdige in de inrichting wordt ter afsluiting van het perspectiefplan met de jeugdige nagegaan in hoeverre de doelstellingen van het plan zijn gerealiseerd. Hiervan wordt een verslag gemaakt.
