A participant in an education and training program may lodge a complaint with the complaints committee at the institution in which he is enrolled regarding the decisions referred to in Article 12, paragraph 3.
Articles 65, paragraphs 2 and 3, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 72, with the exception of paragraph 3, paragraph 5, second sentence, and paragraph 6, 73, 74, 75 and 76 of the Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De deelnemer aan een scholings- en trainingsprogramma kan bij de beklagcommissie bij de inrichting waarin hij is ingeschreven een klacht indienen over de beslissingen, bedoeld in artikel 12, derde lid.
De artikelen 65, tweede en derde lid, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 72, met uitzondering van het derde lid, het vijfde lid, tweede volzin, en het zesde lid, 73, 74, 75 en 76 van de wet zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
