The remuneration of the interpreter or translator and the reimbursement of the expenses incurred by them, as referred to in Article 66, paragraph 4, Article 70, paragraph 2, and Article 72, paragraph 4, of the Act, shall be effected in accordance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to the Act on Fees in Criminal Cases (Wet tarieven in strafzaken).
The secretary of the complaints committee or the appeals committee shall determine the amount of the remuneration and compensation on the basis of the provisions referred to in the first paragraph. The director is charged with the payment thereof.
De beloning van de tolk of vertaler en de vergoeding van de door hen gemaakte kosten, bedoeld in artikel 66, vierde lid, 70, tweede lid, en 72, vierde lid, van de wet geschieden volgens het bepaalde bij of krachtens de Wet tarieven in strafzaken.
De secretaris van de beklag- of beroepscommissie stelt op basis van de in het eerste lid bedoelde bepalingen de hoogte van de beloning en vergoeding vast. Met de uitbetaling is de directeur belast.
