in forceOur aforementioned Minister is charged with the preparatory processing of the petition and shall conduct an inquiry in this regard. He is authorised to demand the production of the documents necessary for the inquiry.
Onze voornoemde Minister is belast met de voorbereidende behandeling van het verzoek en stelt ter zake een onderzoek in. Hij is bevoegd overlegging van de voor het onderzoek benodigde bescheiden te vorderen.
