The director of the Police Academy shall establish administrative regulations.
The management regulations shall at least provide for:
the manner in which the director of the Police Academy coordinates the exercise of his duties and powers with the advisory board of the Police Academy;
a further regulation of the organisational structure of the Police Academy;
the composition and the working method of the management of organizational units of the Police Academy;
the tasks and powers assigned to the management of the relevant department.
De directeur van de Politieacademie stelt een bestuursreglement vast.
In het bestuursreglement worden ten minste vastgelegd:
de wijze waarop de directeur van de Politieacademie de uitoefening van zijn taken en bevoegdheden afstemt met de raad van advies van de Politieacademie;
een nadere regeling van de organisatorische inrichting van de Politieacademie;
de samenstelling en de werkwijze van de leiding van organisatorische onderdelen van de Politieacademie;
de taken en bevoegdheden die zijn opgedragen aan de leiding van het desbetreffende onderdeel.
