The director of the Police Academy shall establish an examination appeals committee. Article 7.5.3 of the Adult and Vocational Education Act (Wet educatie en beroepsonderwijs) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the members of the committee.
The committee shall adjudicate on decisions made by the director of the Police Academy in the implementation of Articles 87, paragraph 4, and 91, the examination board, or the examiners. Articles 7.5.1, paragraph 4, second sentence, 7.5.4, paragraphs 3 up to and including 6, and 7.5.5 of the Adult and Vocational Education Act (Wet educatie en beroepsonderwijs) shall apply to the committee.
The members of the examination appeals committee shall perform their duties without mandate or instruction.
The members of the examination board and the examiners shall provide the board with the information that it deems necessary for the performance of its task.
De directeur van de Politieacademie stelt een commissie van beroep voor de examens in. Artikel 7.5.3 van de Wet educatie en beroepsonderwijs is van overeenkomstige toepassing op de leden van de commissie.
De commissie oordeelt over beslissingen van de directeur van de Politieacademie ter uitvoering van de artikelen 87, vierde lid, en 91, de examencommissie of de examinatoren. De artikelen 7.5.1, vierde lid, tweede volzin, 7.5.4, derde tot en met zesde lid, en 7.5.5 van de Wet educatie en beroepsonderwijs zijn van toepassing op de commissie.
De leden van de commissie van beroep voor de examens oefenen hun taak uit zonder last of ruggespraak.
De leden van de examencommissie en examinatoren verstrekken aan de commissie de inlichtingen die zij voor de uitvoering van haar taak nodig oordeelt.
