One or more committees, consisting of independent members, are charged with the handling of and advising on complaints.
The first paragraph shall not apply if, following handling by Our Minister, Our Minister of Defence, the Board of Procurators General, the Chief of Police or the police chief, the complaint has been resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant.
Met de behandeling van en advisering over klachten zijn belast een of meer commissies, bestaande uit onafhankelijke leden.
Het eerste lid is niet van toepassing indien na behandeling door Onze Minister, Onze Minister van Defensie, het College van procureurs-generaal, de korpschef of de politiechef naar tevredenheid van de klager aan diens klacht tegemoet is gekomen.
