If several creditors have a claim to a portion of the remuneration by virtue of an attachment or a deduction, the distribution shall take place in proportion to the claims, insofar as one creditor does not have priority over the others.
Indien verscheidene schuldeisers uit hoofde van beslag of korting aanspraak hebben op een deel van de bezoldiging geschiedt de verdeling naar evenredigheid van de inschulden, voor zover niet de ene schuldeiser voorrang heeft boven de anderen.
