For the application of Article 475b, paragraph 2, of the Code of Civil Procedure, set-off and deduction shall be equated to attachment, without prejudice to Article 48d, paragraph 2, and Article 48e, paragraph 3.

Voor de toepassing van artikel 475b, tweede lid, van het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering worden, onverminderd artikel 48d, tweede lid, en artikel 48e, derde lid, verrekening en korting gelijkgesteld met beslag.
