Article 205a

The supervisor may, by way of derogation from Article 204, paragraph 1, provide confidential data or information obtained in the performance of its task pursuant to this Act to the European Systemic Risk Board, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority, the European Banking Authority and the European Securities and Markets Authority, insofar as the confidential data or information are conducive to the performance of their respective tasks. Article 205, paragraphs 1 to 3 inclusive, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De toezichthouder kan, in afwijking van artikel 204, eerste lid, vertrouwelijke gegevens of inlichtingen verkregen bij de uitvoering van zijn taak op grond van deze wet, verstrekken aan het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico’s, de Europese Autoriteit voor verzekeringen en bedrijfspensioenen, de Europese Bankautoriteit en de Europese Autoriteit voor effecten en markten, voor zover de vertrouwelijke gegevens of inlichtingen dienstig zijn voor de uitoefening van hun respectieve taken. Artikel 205, eerste tot en met derde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
