The supervisor shall provide to Our Minister, upon request and free of charge, all data and information necessary for the policy to be pursued by Our Minister regarding pensions and for the investigation into the adequacy of this Act.
For the purpose of performing the task referred to in the first paragraph, the supervisor shall manage a database, shall draw up an information plan and a management plan, and shall send these plans to Our Minister. The supervisor shall send amendments to the information plan and the management plan to Our Minister.
Pension providers and employers shall provide the regulator, upon request and free of charge, with all data and information that the regulator requires for the performance of the task described in the first paragraph.
By or pursuant to an Order in Council (algemene maatregel van bestuur), rules shall be established regarding the data and information to be included in the database, the manner in which the data and information are processed and managed, and the institutions to which data from the database are provided.
De toezichthouder verstrekt op verzoek, kosteloos, aan Onze Minister alle gegevens en inlichtingen die voor het door Onze Minister te voeren beleid inzake pensioen en het onderzoek naar de toereikendheid van deze wet noodzakelijk zijn.
De toezichthouder beheert ten behoeve van de uitvoering van de in het eerste lid bedoelde taak een databank, stelt een informatieplan en een beheersplan op en zendt deze plannen aan Onze Minister. De toezichthouder zendt wijzigingen in het informatieplan en het beheersplan aan Onze Minister.
Pensioenuitvoerders en werkgevers verstrekken de toezichthouder desgevraagd en kosteloos alle gegevens en inlichtingen die deze nodig heeft voor het vervullen van de in het eerste lid beschreven taak.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld omtrent de in de databank op te nemen gegevens en inlichtingen, de wijze waarop de gegevens en inlichtingen worden verwerkt en beheerd en de instellingen aan wie gegevens uit de databank worden verstrekt.
