Dutch social and labour legislation shall not apply to the extent that a pension provider executes a pension scheme to which the rules governing occupational pension provision of a state other than the Netherlands apply.
De Nederlandse sociale en arbeidswetgeving is niet van toepassing voor zover een pensioenuitvoerder een pensioenregeling uitvoert waarop de voor de bedrijfspensioenvoorziening geldende regels van een andere staat dan Nederland van toepassing zijn.
