The pension provider is obliged, at the request of the participant or former participant, to apply the value of their pension entitlements within the framework of the right of choice in accordance with Articles 10c, 60, 61 and 61a or the choice options in accordance with Article 62 or 63b.
The pension provider shall not charge any costs to the participant or former participant in connection with the transfer of value.
De pensioenuitvoerder is verplicht om op verzoek van de deelnemer of gewezen deelnemer de waarde van diens pensioenaanspraken aan te wenden in het kader van het keuzerecht overeenkomstig de artikelen 10c, 60, 61 en 61a of de keuzemogelijkheden overeenkomstig artikel 62 of 63b.
De pensioenuitvoerder brengt in het kader van de waardeoverdracht geen kosten in rekening bij de deelnemer of gewezen deelnemer.
