The Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht) does not apply to the relationship between an insurer or a premium pension institution and a person entitled to a claim or a pension, unless otherwise provided in this Act.
De Wet op het financieel toezicht is niet van toepassing op de verhouding tussen een verzekeraar of een premiepensioeninstelling en een aanspraak- of pensioengerechtigde, tenzij in deze wet anders is bepaald.
