The complaints committee, or, if Article 62, paragraph 2, of the Act is applied, the chairperson or the person designated by him, shall hold sessions as often as an immediate handling and settlement of the complaints make this necessary. It shall be assisted by a secretary.
If the complaints committee holds a session, a member of the judiciary charged with the administration of justice shall preferably act as chairperson.
De beklagcommissie, of, indien artikel 62, tweede lid, van de wet wordt toegepast, de voorzitter dan wel de door hem aangewezen persoon, houdt zitting zo dikwijls als een onverwijlde behandeling en afdoening van de klaagschriften dit noodzakelijk maken. Deze wordt bijgestaan door een secretaris.
Indien de beklagcommissie zitting houdt treedt bij voorkeur als voorzitter op een met rechtspraak belast lid van de rechterlijke macht.
