The monthly commissioner, as referred to in Article 7, paragraph 3, second sentence, of the Act, shall hold consultation hours at the institution or department at least once a month. These consultation hours shall be announced in a timely manner and may be attended by any detainee or participant in a penitentiary programme who expresses the wish to do so.
The monthly commissioner shall report on his activities to the supervisory committee and shall also inform the director thereof.
De maandcommissaris, bedoeld in artikel 7, derde lid, tweede volzin, van de wet houdt tenminste eenmaal per maand in de inrichting of afdeling spreekuur. Dit spreekuur wordt tijdig bekend gemaakt en kan worden bezocht door elke gedetineerde of deelnemer aan een penitentiair programma die de wens daartoe te kennen geeft.
De maandcommissaris doet van zijn werkzaamheden verslag aan de commissie van toezicht en informeert tevens de directeur hiervan.
