By ministerial regulation, rules shall be established regarding the payment of:
a.
the payment referred to in Article 69, paragraph 1;
b.
the amount by which the allowance pursuant to Article 71 is adjusted;
c.
the safety net benefit (vangnetuitkering), referred to in Article 74.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden regels gesteld inzake de betaling van:
a.
de uitkering, bedoeld in artikel 69, eerste lid;
b.
het bedrag waarmee de uitkering op grond van artikel 71 wordt aangepast;
c.
de vangnetuitkering, bedoeld in artikel 74.
