This Act shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2004. If the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees in which this Act is published is issued after 31 December 2003, it shall enter into force with effect from the day following the date of issue of the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees in which it is published.
Deze wet treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2004. Indien het Staatsblad waarin deze wet wordt geplaatst, wordt uitgegeven na 31 december 2003, treedt zij in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin zij wordt geplaatst.
