The public prosecutor shall ensure a semi-annual report to Our Minister regarding:
the number of European arrest warrants received and processed;
the number of times the summary procedure has been applied;
the number of times that a hearing by the court has taken place;
the number of times the court has granted and refused the surrender;
the average duration of the proceedings referred to under (b) and (c).
De officier van justitie draagt zorg voor een halfjaarlijkse rapportage aan Onze Minister over:
het aantal Europese aanhoudingsbevelen dat is ontvangen en in behandeling is genomen;
het aantal malen dat de verkorte procedure is toegepast;
het aantal malen dat verhoor door de rechtbank heeft plaatsgevonden;
het aantal malen dat de rechtbank de overlevering heeft toegestaan en geweigerd;
de gemiddelde duur van de procedures, bedoeld onder b en c.
