For the application of this Act, custodial sentences of a duration exceeding twelve months shall be equated with: life imprisonment and custodial sentences of indefinite duration.
Met vrijheidsstraffen van langere duur dan twaalf maanden worden voor de toepassing van deze wet gelijkgesteld: levenslange vrijheidsstraffen en vrijheidsstraffen van onbepaalde duur.
