The competent authority shall amend the requirements of an environmental permit for an activity or revoke the environmental permit for an activity by applying Article 5.39 or 5.40, at the request of the administrative body that, pursuant to Article 16.16, paragraph 1, has decided on the consent to the intended decision on the application for the environmental permit for that activity, or that, pursuant to Article 16.16, paragraph 3 or 4, has determined that consent is not required.
The first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to a petition by Our Minister of Justice and Security for the revocation of an environmental permit for a hunting rifle activity on the grounds referred to in Article 5.42, third paragraph.
Het bevoegd gezag wijzigt de voorschriften van een omgevingsvergunning voor een activiteit of trekt de omgevingsvergunning voor een activiteit in met toepassing van artikel 5.39 of 5.40, op verzoek van het bestuursorgaan dat op grond van artikel 16.16, eerste lid, heeft beslist over instemming met de voorgenomen beslissing op de aanvraag om de omgevingsvergunning voor die activiteit of dat op grond van artikel 16.16, derde of vierde lid, heeft bepaald dat instemming niet is vereist.
Het eerste lid is van overeenkomstige toepassing op een verzoek van Onze Minister van Justitie en Veiligheid tot intrekking van een omgevingsvergunning voor een jachtgeweeractiviteit op de grond, bedoeld in artikel 5.42, derde lid.
