Rules shall be laid down by Order in Council in the interest of an efficient exercise of the implementation task and the enforcement task regarding:
the strategic and programmatic exercise of these tasks by the administrative bodies concerned,
the mutual coordination of the performance of these tasks and the activities related thereto by:
the administrative bodies concerned,
the supervisors acting under their authority,
the authorities charged with the criminal enforcement of the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act.
The rules shall in any event be established for the implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive and the Seveso Directive.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur worden in het belang van een doelmatige uitoefening van de uitvoeringstaak en de handhavingstaak regels gesteld over:
de strategische en programmatische uitoefening van deze taken door de betrokken bestuursorganen,
de onderlinge afstemming van de uitoefening van deze taken en de daarmee samenhangende werkzaamheden door:
de betrokken bestuursorganen,
de onder hun gezag werkzame toezichthouders,
de instanties die zijn belast met de strafrechtelijke handhaving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze wet.
De regels worden in ieder geval gesteld ter uitvoering van de richtlijn industriële emissies en de Seveso-richtlijn.
