The competent authority shall, at the request of the applicant, before making documents available for inspection that have not been submitted by the applicant, provide the applicant with the opportunity to inspect those documents with a view to the application of Articles 19.3 up to and including 19.5 of the Environmental Management Act (Wet milieubeheer).
These documents do not include the reports referred to in Article 3:17 of the General Administrative Law Act, nor the copies of views submitted by persons other than the administrative authorities involved in accordance with Article 3:15 of that Act.
Het bevoegd gezag stelt op verzoek van de aanvrager, voordat het stukken ter inzage legt die niet door de aanvrager zijn ingebracht, hem in de gelegenheid die stukken in te zien met het oog op toepassing van de artikelen 19.3 tot en met 19.5 van de Wet milieubeheer.
Tot deze stukken behoren niet de verslagen, bedoeld in artikel 3:17 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, en de afschriften van zienswijzen, die door anderen dan betrokken bestuursorganen naar voren zijn gebracht overeenkomstig artikel 3:15 van die wet.
