With regard to the scope and the level of detail of the information in the environmental impact report, the competent authority shall consult the administrative bodies and agencies referred to in Article 16.36, paragraph 5, under a and b.

Rules regarding the procedure for consultation may be established by Order in Council.

Over de reikwijdte en het detailniveau van de informatie in het milieueffectrapport raadpleegt het bevoegd gezag de bestuursorganen en instanties, bedoeld in artikel 16.36, vijfde lid, onder a en b.
2.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen regels worden gesteld over de procedure voor de raadpleging.
